I was gifted with this convenient home cooking package of black bean noodles by 만. It is the closest I have come to receiving home delivery of these noodles. The package includes two bags of noodles and two packs of black bean sauce. You are supposed to boil the sauce in its package. Boiling plastic always worries me, but I ate the end result anyway. The noodles were not too firm but chewy, the sauce was flavourful, and they both tasted fresh. My only complaint is that the sauce was too sweet for my personal taste, and my stomach inflated like a balloon afterwards. And, here I thought only ramen made people puffy.
