The only problem with this place is that it’s far enough away that public transport is a pain, and so Junggugeo Kaenada had to drive, and was unable to enjoy the soju. With little booze to soothe the pain of overeating, Junggugeo Kaenada, our significant others, and I ended up shamefully leaving food on the table, a problem we’ve never faced before. Other than that, the BBQ pork belly (Samgyeopsal) was great, rolled up in lettuce with kimchi and hot sauce. The BBQ eel with salt was also pretty tasty, though I might try the one marinated in soy sauce next time. The spicy salad and the cartilage in aspic (I think that’s what it was) were notable sides.
