The Korean short rib burger was on its way to greatness, with a juicy and flavourful patty, and a crunchy kimchi slaw, but was hampered by the presence of a dry, oversized bun, and a side of dry, cold fries. While I appreciate the speed with which everything appeared, I would have been happy to wait if it meant I could have fresh fries, and a bun that wasn’t stale. This won’t stop me from going back to Utopia, but I won’t return for the next Burger Week.
