I will be thankful for the patience and kindness of the good citizens of Seoul.

In the face of applause, don’t forget to thank every single person that no one in the audience cares about.
There are numerous ways to express your gratitude in Korean, but I have selected a useful few.
감사합니다
gam sa ham ni da
Thank you in the most polite way possible.
고맙습니다
go map seum ni da
A form of ‘thank you’ that is only slightly less polite than gam sa hab ni da and appropriate to use as a customer towards an older service person.
고마워요
go ma weo yo
Thanks to peers and those younger than you. Do not use with senior co-workers or anyone older than you.
