Wow! Lovely checklist 🙂 I’ve had bulgolgi and bibimbap. There’s a third Korean dish at a local Asian restaurant, but it’s spicy seafood and I don’t really like super spicy or seafood. And I’m on the fence about the kimchi I tried.
