Despite having ‘soba’ in their name, we chose mostly yakitori dishes when we visited Soba Totto: galbi, shrimp, Sunagimo (chicken gizzard), beef tongue, peppers stuffed with pork, Negima (chicken thigh and scallion), Hatsu (chicken hearts), Beef Carpaccio, and Kamo Nanban (cooked duck with soba noodles). We wanted the soft chicken knee, but they had run out.
