Birch and Barley

Birch and Barley is listed on The 38 Essential Washington Restaurants on Eater, and it had a good selection of craft beers. So, of course, we dined there.

We decided to go with the Tasting Menu, which offered beer pairings. The food was all delicious though I found the fish dishes were particularly strong. I do not have a photograph of the bread, but they were spectacularly fresh and flavourful.
