Roscoe’s House of Chicken and Waffles is world famous for its signature food. Sure enough, it proved to be popular as the dining room was at capacity when we visited.
We decided to get an order of their fried chicken and waffles to go. This may have affected the quality of the waffles, which we found soft and rather tasteless. If anyone has had experience with their waffles, please feel free to share it.
We can confirm that the fried chicken was excellent, remaining crispy and with a unique, slightly sweet flavour, perhaps to complement the maple butter for the waffles. Not the best we have ever had, but still very satisfying.
