If you cannot get a reservation at Noma, then try Relæ. The restaurant was created by two former Noma disciples, and ranked #40 in The 50 World’s Best Restaurants of 2016. We left menu choice in the hands of the chef by ordering the Relæ Menu. Not surprising for a restaurant that emphasizes simplicity and sustainability, the flavours were fresh and delicate.
