Rather than struggle to book a visit to the Reichstag Building, we decided to make a reservation at its rooftop restaurant, instead. Obviously, the main draw of Käfer Dachgarten-Restaurant is its views of Berlin, so the food was passable though quite large in portion sizing.

I ordered the meatball of veal with caper sauce: risolee potatoes, peas, pearl onions, caper berries, and shiitake mushrooms.
