The Queen and Beaver Public House Feasting Menu

The Roast Rib Eye of Bison was unbelievably flavourful, and cooked perfectly to medium rare. The Venison Stew required an additional carb to temper the saltiness, because the dumplings included in the stew were not up to the job. Side of vegetables were excellent. The meal ended with the house made Peanut Butter ice cream that had the texture of margarine, and a Sticky Toffee Pudding & Vanilla Ice Cream with a strong molasses flavour that I found too sweet.
