I decided to try Self Magazine’s recipe for a gluten-free oatmeal chocolates chip cookie. They were very easy to make, and exactly the kind of cookies I enjoy: crispy on the outside, but more moist and crumbly on the inside. The Belgian bitter-sweet chocolate was key. I forgot to apply the sprinkling of salt right before baking, so I will need to try this recipe again.
