At Smitten Ice Cream, customers are limited to only a few choices each day. This is understandable since every flavour is churned out fresh to order. The all-natural ingredients are blasted with liquid nitrogen to create a super smooth and flavourful ice cream from scratch in minutes.
I ordered the Fresh Mint Chip made from organic milk and cream, sugar, fresh spearmint, salt, egg yolk, and TCHO 60.5% Chocolate. I am not usually a fan of mint ice cream, because I don’t like the artificial taste. However, this ice cream had the smell and taste of freshly crushed mint.
My significant other ordered the Classic Vanilla, simply made up of organic milk and cream, vanilla, sugar, salt and egg yolk. The vanilla flavour was muted in comparison to the Fresh Mint Chip, but it was unbelievably smooth.
I believe that Smitten Ice Cream may have ruined me. I had Pinkberry Pistachio Frozen Yogurt a day later, and what used to excite me left me wanting.
