Maha’s Mind Blowing Chicken: “Maha’s sacred marinate, tossed with parsley, onions and tomatoes, served on a toasted egg bun with Tomeya (garlic sauce), home made mayo and tehina.”
As was the case with another dish from the same restaurant, the menu description built up an expectation of having my mind blown. The sourness of the sauce did indeed make a strong impression. The chicken itself was served in small strips that resulted in dryness.
