Aged Striploin, Carmelized Sunchokes and Roasted Garlic: the beef was very flavourful thanks to the in house aging process, and tasted buttery in the mouth.

Ricotta & Squash Cavatelli with Hen of the Woods Mushrooms and Parmigiano Cheese: believe me when I say that this was unbelievably flavourful. From the cheese to the mushroom to the cavatelli, it was all balanced perfectly.
