We count down the days to Christmas by unveiling 24 magical Kdrama moments. Next up, “Flower Boy Ramen Shop”.
Episode 12 of Flower Boy Ramen Shop
Ramen shop proprietress, Yang Eun Bi (Lee Chung Ah) and her staff are making kkaduki. After feeding some of the boys to get their opinions on the taste, Eun Bi goes to the kitchen to get an extra ingredient. A jealous Cha Chi Soo (Jung Il Woo) follows her, demanding to know why she did not feed him, too.
Eun Bi tries to placate Chi Soo by telling him that she’ll feed him, but Chi Soo insists on getting fed right now. Without warning, he sticks one of Eun Bi’s fingers in his mouth to suck in the seasoning. Chi Soo thoughtfully recommends more salt. Eun Bi stumbles out of the kitchen in a state of shock, while Chi Soo looks wolfish as he licks his fingers.
Eun Bi escapes to the empty restaurant to collect herself. She is troubled that Chi Soo is making her so flustered. While feeling the flush of her face, Eun Bi leaves behind seasoning on her cheeks. Chi Soo suddenly pops up, and calls her out on attempting to use her head to block him out of her heart. Eun Bi walks away, and Chi Soo grabs her around the waist, spins her around, then licks her cheek. Church bells toll in Eun Bi’s head, and she collapses onto her knees.
Is there any other Kdrama that features finger or face licking? The scene gets away with both, because Lee Chung Ah plays it for laughs. In any other context, Jung Il Woo’s intensity as the teenage Chi Soo could easily cause any grown woman to blush.

Definitely one of the best scenes in this drama. I think every scene is the best. This is one of my top ten dramas on my list.
